💸 Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) your item arrived damaged or defective and a replacement is not available, (b) you received a wrong item and prefer a refund over replacement, or (c) your order could not be delivered and was returned to us.

WhatsApp us at +91 91797 08436 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the item and packaging. An unboxing video is the strongest proof and speeds things up.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. UPI/wallet refunds usually arrive faster; card refunds depend on your bank.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp. Once shipped, the return policy applies instead.

Change of mind after delivery of a correct, undamaged, sealed collectible; minor card/packaging wear that does not affect the product; and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
