animemasti.in ("AnimeMasti", "we", "us") is an online store operated by LexiNexiAI Private Limited, a company registered in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell anime merchandise, action figures, katanas, posters and die-cast collectibles. All products are new and sealed unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. We may change prices or availability at any time; orders already placed are honoured at the price paid.

Orders can be placed on the website or via WhatsApp. Online payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways over an encrypted connection — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are accepted. We never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation message/email. A GST invoice (GSTIN 23AAFCL8039A1ZV) is issued for every order.

Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded as per our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

All website content (design, text, product photography) belongs to LexiNexiAI Private Limited. Product names and character marks belong to their respective owners; we sell officially produced merchandise sourced from authorised distributors and retailers.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Courier delays beyond our control are not grounds for compensation, though we will always help you track and resolve issues.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
