1. 48-Hour Damage Window
Every product is hand-checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +91 91797 08436 with photos/video of the item and packaging.
2. What Happens Next
We arrange a free replacement of the same item. If it is out of stock (most collectibles are limited pieces), you choose between a full refund or an alternative product of the same value.
3. Return Pickup
Where a physical return is needed, we arrange courier pickup at our cost. Please keep the product in its original packaging until the claim is resolved.
4. Items Not Eligible
Sealed collectibles opened after correct delivery, products damaged due to misuse, and complaints raised after the 48-hour window are not eligible. Collectible cards/blisters with minor shelf wear are sold as-is and shown in product photos.
